Members that attend raids on a regular basis do not receive any bonus on individual rolls and we generally do not limit people to a certain amount of gear. This may seem unfair to people that raid regularly, but we look at each individual roll as exactly that: An individual chance to get gear.

Does this mean we're completely unreasonable if you've run Naxxramas about 20 times in as many weeks and you still need 1 piece of gear from a specific boss? No, you can indicate before the fight that you really want that weapon or armor. In 99% of the cases you'll find that nobody will be rolling against you and that we'll gladly hand you the item.
